Platform Health Check

The Platform Health Check is for teams who know they’re underutilizing their current tools but aren’t sure where to start. Instead of immediately suggesting new software, we analyze how your existing platforms are configured and used today, then outline “art of the possible” improvements tailored to your business. This engagement is vendor-agnostic but grounded in real experience across Salesforce, Analytics platforms, Data Platforms, and integration stacks. You walk away with a clear view of what’s working, what’s not, and where you can unlock more value with focused changes.

The health check is structured to be lightweight but thorough:

  • 1. Usage & Architecture Review
    • Review current platform setup (e.g., Salesforce orgs, Tableau/Power BI workspaces, Snowflake/Sigma environments, integration patterns).
    • Analyze adoption and usage data: who uses what, how often, and for which workflows.
    • Identify technical debt, redundant processes, and areas of friction for end users.
  • 2. Discovery Sessions with Key Stakeholders
    • Conduct targeted interviews with business users, admins, and product owners.
    • Capture pain points, workaround workflows, and “if only we could…” ideas.
    • Align on which outcomes matter most (speed to insight, sales efficiency, customer experience, governance, etc.).
  • 3. Findings, Gaps & “Art of the Possible”
    • Document current-state strengths, weaknesses, and risks.
    • Highlight specific opportunities: configuration improvements, automation candidates, new dashboards, better data flows, or training gaps.
    • Map each recommendation to business outcomes (e.g., fewer manual steps, better reporting, improved customer follow-up).
  • 4. Actionable Recommendations Pack
    • A concise Health Check Report summarizing key findings and opportunities.
    • A prioritized roadmap of enhancements your team can execute over the next 30–90 days.
    • Optional next-step support to help you scope and execute the improvements.
