The Use-Case Roadmapping and Solution Design engagements provided by JEDIMarley typically follows a few focused, working sessions:
- 1. Discovery & Context Deep Dive
- Align on business goals, constraints, timelines, and success metrics.
- Review your current tools and architecture (Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Web Apps, integrations, etc.).
- Capture initial use-cases and “wish list” items from key stakeholders.
- 2. Use-Case Definition & Prioritization
- Group ideas into clear, documented user stories and supporting requirements.
- Score and prioritize stories using a simple framework (e.g., impact vs. effort, risk, dependencies).
- Identify quick wins vs. strategic investments to build a realistic sequencing.
- 3. Solution Design & LOE Estimation
- Draft a lean solution design for your highest-priority use-cases (data flows, system interactions, integration points, and UX/analytics requirements).
- Provide a level of effort estimate by phase, including assumptions and risks.
- Recommend resourcing models (internal team, blended team, or external partner support).
- 4. Final Deliverables & Handover
- A structured project plan with phases, milestones, and key dependencies.
- A prioritized backlog of user stories and requirements.
- A solution design overview and LOE estimates you can plug directly into planning, budgeting, or SOWs.
